Plumber / Painter

About the role

Responsibilities

• Repair water supply and drainage lines, faucets, valves and sanitary fixtures.
•  Identify and rectify leaks and drainage blockages.
•  Carry out basic plumbing and pump-related maintenance.
•  Prepare surfaces through patching, putty application and sanding.
•  Perform interior and exterior painting and touch-up works.
• Repair minor plaster defects and keep tools and work areas in good condition

Requirements

•   At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing and painting experience.
•  Knowledge of water supply, drainage and sanitary fittings.
•  Ability to complete surface preparation and quality paint finishing.
•  Capable of independent minor plumbing and civil repairs.
• Building maintenance experience preferred
