About the role

We are hiring Electrical / HVAC Technicians to support electrical and air-conditioning maintenance at our Jeddah facility management project.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot distribution boards, breakers, lighting, wiring and control panels.
  • Inspect, service and repair split, package and ducted AC units.
  • Check motors, compressors, thermostats, electrical connections and control circuits.
  • Respond to breakdowns, close assigned work orders and record maintenance activities.
  • Follow site safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or ITI certificate in Electrical, HVAC or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Practical electrical fault-finding and HVAC maintenance skills.
  • Ability to use testing instruments and understand basic electrical drawings.
  • Saudi facility management experience preferred.
