HVAC Specialist Technician

About the role
We are hiring an HVAC Specialist Technician with advanced troubleshooting skills in commercial and residential air-conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify complex HVAC and refrigeration faults.
- Service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split AC and VRF/VRV systems as applicable to the site.
- Troubleshoot compressors, motors, sensors, thermostats and control circuits.
- Perform refrigerant leak checks, evacuation, charging and performance testing.
- Inspect contactors, capacitors, electrical connections and HVAC panels.
- Monitor operating pressure, temperature and cooling performance.
- Guide other technicians and document findings and required materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration.
- At least 5 years of practical HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong refrigeration-cycle, control-system and electrical diagnostic knowledge.
- Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to use gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps and relevant test instruments.
- Saudi facility management experience preferred.
