Maintenance Supervisor

About the role
We are seeking Maintenance Supervisors to coordinate daily building maintenance and lead technical teams at the Jeddah project.
Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
- Assign work orders and monitor MEP and civil maintenance technicians.
- Inspect site conditions and identify maintenance priorities.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps and fire/life-safety systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and specialist service providers.
- Follow up complaints, PPM schedules, materials and work-order closure.
- Prepare daily reports and ensure safety and workmanship standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of building maintenance experience, including supervision.
- Broad understanding of MEP systems and general civil maintenance.
- Ability to manage technicians, contractors and emergency response.
- Familiarity with PPM, work orders and CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Good reporting and communication skills; Saudi FM experience preferred
